"I was there when they attacked." Desiel said, as the two Coonlings chased each other playfully behind the two girls. "I had left early to try to get help. I had went to Oroeth a few times before with my father, but when I tried going alone, I got lost. When I returned, the whole village was deserted..."
The two Coonlings stopped, hearing someone else approach. They then fled quickly into the bushes.

"This way men!" the Nocturnian commander said. "I heard voices over her, it might be those rebels that escaped. Spread out so they can't get away!" The Nocturnian patrol headed towards Andi and Desiel, attempting to surround them.
"Nocturnians," Andi said. "They're looking for someone too. That might be a good sign about Grega, Terka, and Kaori. We could run, but maybe we should let them catch us? It's risky, they might decide to arrest us, but we might be able to find out who they're looking for."

"Maybe later." Desiel said quickly, leaping up into a tree, landing on a high branch cloaked with many leaves. She turned and waited for Andi to follow suit.
