"It does," Asina replied with a smile.
The water boiled quickly, as the was still hot from the tea Arkia made earlier. She turned off the stove as the tea pot started to whistle and put a tea bag in the cup. she then got the tea pot and poured water into the cup.

"I heard you were a trader." Desiel said to Asina. "Do you do like your dad did? Traveling to other towns to gather stuff for everyone?"

"Yes," Asina replied. "Since we can't grow much food except for mushrooms down here, it's more important than ever so we can get fresh grain. Though with what happened to Oroeth, I'm not sure what to do for the next shipment. We'll have to go through another port next time, but the contacts I could trust to keep a large shipment passing through secret were all there." Asina sighed, and let a worried look creep across her face.
Arkia added some sugar and mixed it into Asima's cup prodding the teabag with a spoon to try to get it to brew faster in the process. Satisfied, she got some milk and added it to the cup, stirring once again. She picked up both that and her own cup and headed back into the other room. "Asina, you're tea's ready," she said.

"There should be a couple other port towns on the west coast." Desiel said. "Moriva at least."

"Here you go," Arkia said, handing the cup to Asina.
"Thank you," Asina replied, taking the cup from Arkia and taking a sip. She then turned back to Desiel. "Morvia huh?" she replied. "I suppose it's an option, but they tend to be meticulous about keeping track what comes in to port and where it's going."

"Are they?" Desiel asked. "That town's people seem so nice too."

"They might be nice, but business is business to them," Asina said. "They're sticklers for the rules."
"It shouldn't be that much of a problem though," Arkia added. "Even if they keep track, it's not like you need to tell them where the grain is really going."

Desiel sighed. "Sooo uh... I want to catch up on everything, but I'm not sure what to ask. I guess I lost touch with talking to other people much."

"Well," Asina said while thinking. "Wouldn't it be best to just ask how they've been? Maybe ask if they found someone special?" She took a sip of tea.

"Why would I ask that?" Desiel answered, smiling. "Unless you all found someone other than me and Kaori."
