Weekend Hangout Saturday May 16th, 4646 at 11:35 AM in Lanoia Drandi, Fedira, Kaili and Melimei walked into Kitchen Magic, a restaurant popular with students from the Magica Academy. The food here was reasonably priced, and it was fairly close to the dorms, on the main road leading into Lanoia's shopping district. "Welcome," A waitress said as they entered. "How many people are with you today?" "Just the four of us," Melimei said. "Four..." The waitress repeated. "Ok, we'll have a table ready in 15-20 minutes. Why don't you have a seat over there?" She gestured to a long bench near the entrance." "Alright then," Melimei replied. "Aww... why we gotta wait?" Kaili asked. "Well... it is crowded," Drandi said. "I guess," Kaili replied as she dashed past Melimei and sat down. "First!" She called out enthusiastically. "It's not a race," Melimei scolded, sitting down herself. "Don't disturb the other people." "Ehehe," Kaili replied. "Oh! I know! You should totally come here on your next date!" she suddenly blurted out. "T-That's none of your business!" Melimei replied, blushing and turning away from Kaili.

"Discussing relationships is normal among friends." Fedira commented, sitting down by Kaili. "Well at least from what I've seen. My brothers talk about their girlfriends all the time."

"Still..." Melimei replied. "Why does it have to be about my relationship?"
"You're the only one with a boyfriend though," Kaili said.
Drandi sat down without saying anything.

"Well... that's not entirely true..." Fedira said.
Melimei's ears perked up at the news.
Drandi glanced down at the floor, hoping Fedira wasn't going to tell her friends about Juria. She wasn't trying to keep it a secret, but hadn't found the right way to tell them about her yet. Still, she realized Fedira must know, given her powers.

"OOOOHHH!" Kaili exclaimed. "Who is it? Who is it?"
Drandi looked around nervously.
Melimei glanced at Fedira without turning her head all the way back, pretending to still look away.

"His name's Zeek." Fedira said. "He's in Mister Harnan's home room."
Meanwhile...
"Man, the marketplace's crowded today..." Trinta said to Miranda as the two friends walked through the aforementioned crowd. He was wearing a drab brown shirt with pale rose shorts and old, dark brown sandals. He carried an empty wicker basket in his right hand. "You got the list?"
"Yeah." Miranda said, reaching in the right pocket of her jean pants to fish for the list. She was also wearing a black midriff-exposing tank top and maroon, strap-on shoes. "Mika handed it to me."
"Whip it out then." Trinta said as the two stopped in the middle of the weekend crowd, facing each other. "We're here."

"That's wonderful," Melimei said, grateful for the shift away from her personal life. "How are things working out between the two of you?" "Zeek?" Kaili repeated. "That's a funny name. He needs a nickname! ZeZee? Zeeky? Zic?"
Drandi fidgeted in her seat, not saying anything.

"Not sure yet." Fedira said, watching other restaurant customers walk by. "I need to visualize it a bit longer."
"I'm surprised she likes me." Miranda said, bringing the list out. "What with her being jealous of you being around other girls."
As Miranda held up the list with her right hand, starting to check it, Trinta held the other side of the list with his left hand. "Looks like bananas are first." he said.
Miranda looked over, then nodded to the banana stand a couple of shops down.
