Rurik looked at his snakes, struggling to reform a raft, then to the sea serpent. "I'm in," he said. Dismissing his snakes. he headed into the water. "So how we doing this? Should I ride your back? Or maybe you could tow me with some sort of rope."

Rurik hopped on the serpent. "Let's go!" he said, as he pointed towards his hijacked ship.

Rurik hung on as the serpent accelerated. "I'll jump off when we get close," he said. "They'll pay for trying to steal my ship!"

As they approached, the ship started fading from view, as if it were disappearing.
